Morphology (unacetolysed pollen): Size class: medium (30-50 μm). Shape in equatorial view: round or irregularly round, or flattened oval (oblate). Shape in polar view: triangular/rounded triangular. Aperture numbers: 3. Aperture type: furrows with pores. Surface pattern: smooth or indefinite, or striate. Exine section: thin to medium (no rods visible).

Bee pollen pellet colour: Yellow.
